How to delete PTCAS account?

So I'm a re-applicant for this cycle and I accidentally created a new account instead of using the re-applicant link. I was doing this on my phone so I must have missed it somehow. I really want to delete the account I made today so that I can create my account using the previous application information 🙁! Is there any way to delete a PTCAS account?
I emailed PTCAS early this afternoon... but I didn't get any response... does anyone have an idea what I can do??
