I CANNOT break this barrier on my practice AAMCs. I literally think every AAMC but one I got a 13 in both sections...and in that other AAMC I got a 14 and 12 in PS and BS respectively. I seem to get the EXACT same score every time. Here's my issue: I don't know any content and I take the MCAT in 3 days. I use logic, intuition, and the passage if it helps. The questions I get wrong are ALWAYS those tricky ones where you have to guess and hope for the best. Am I just doomed to the statistics of correct vs incorrect guessing on these few horrible problems? Is there a crash course in content that I can use? (I typically own most Biology and Gen Chem, I'm solid in physics, and o chem always gives me a headache but somehow I guess correctly on all of them).
With O chem in particular...I have reviewed the entire EK book and audio osmosis, and I'm always fine when it comes to general ochem questions, but in the long passages with complex reactions and reagents I've never seen before, I get very tripped up and lose confidence (I only get 1-3 wrong total from orgo in BS, but I'm seeking to eliminate this). How can I improve on ochem in just a few days?
