How to dress for a tour of a school?

Hi, I applied to a school and have not received an interview yet. I've heard from others that they like to see an applicant's interest (i.e. by going on tours) so I decided to go on one. I was wondering how well dressed I should be? I don't want to overdress but don't want to undress at the same time. Was thinking of beige pants and a button up shirt.
