how to enter prelim yr for the 2-4 programs

i interviewed at some 1-4 and 2-4 programs. do i list all of the er programs and then put the prelim spots at the bottom of the list? thanks for any help.

PGY 2-4 programs are considered "advanced". When you rank an advanced program, you have the option of putting in a "supplemental" list attached to the advanced program. You put the prelim programs in the supplemental list.
