I doubt you can submit two applications, but try calling the FAFSA hotline to see if there is a way to do it

I know many schools have an age cut off for when they will stop considering your parents income in your aid decision. The school will still require you to include it in FAFSA, yet it won't play a role in the decision. For example, at my program it's 30 years old.

I got very unlucky as a 25 year old who hasn't received a dime from their parents since I was 19 years old. Despite my debt and immense financial need, my program hasn't awarded me any aid because of my parents income. So I understand your pain.
