My brother has a BS degree and has been accepted into an ultrasound certificate program for one year. He took 5 years to finish undergrad so has maxed out his Stafford loans. Any advice on how to finance this 1-year career training program? What lender? The ultrasound school does not have Title IV loans (federal loans). The ultrasound program is a day, full-time program so he won't able to work, plus they discourage working. He needs to borrow the tuition amount and living expenses. Any advice is greatly appreciated. THANKS!
