How to finance for a specialty?

After I finish my dental school, I will have about 200k debt
And if I decided to go into a specialty which will cost me another 40-50k/year,
could there be a chance that I cannot take out loans anymore??
In other words is there a max limit as to how much I can barrow?

If then, what are the alternative options?

There is a max limit on federal Stafford loans, but you may or may not hit that depending on what your previous loans have been.

Regardless, there are private loans available.
