I have started working on my blog about how to get a residency It is still a work in progress and I will be adding more pages. I thought i could share the wisdom gained by going on 49 interviews. You need to add: copious amounts of prayer

perhaps. but it is doable. it is possible to get 80+ on the USMLE on the first attempt. just do the NBMEs well in advance. even if u get lower score there r ways to improve ur situation. my advice is to go all out, aim high and play safe.
