How to get in-state tuition?

Hi,

So I am hoping to be accepted to UNLV program and noticed the wide difference in in-state and out of state costs and was wondering if anyone knew it was possible to get in state tuition after the first year. The office told me I would need to submit a form to find out which was not much help.

Depends on the state. In TN for example if you moved and are living in the state for the purpose of education such as gradschool you are ineligible to receive instate tuition until you have held a job while not attending school for 12 months working 24+ hours per week.
