How to get more self discipline?

How can I get better self discipline? I am often lazy, especially when it comes to studying. I do most of my homework but I could spend more time studying.

In a way, I'd like to know also. I've improved my poor study habits quite a bit by just puting down my electronics for a few hours and cracking open a book, but would like to improve some more.

Recognize that unless you do, your goals are probably beyond reach. It took me hearing from my pre-med advisor that I wasn't gonna make it into school with my GPA for me to finally get my isht together. Got 1 B since.

Turning off SDN and other time drains in critical periods helps too. When I study hardcore I go somewhere without internet and without my phone.

I broke my phone recently so I don't have it anymore. I've spent a lot more time studying and being productive in class.
