Hi ppl,
I know it is too early to talk about this but it never hurts to plan ahead. I know answers to all these questions are very subjective but still I would appreciate your views on these.
I wanted to know
1. Is it possible to land a spot at competitive nicu fellowship programs for an applicant who is in so called average University based residency program (I am an IMG)?
2. Is it possible to apply if we have done only one nicu rotation ( I have previous work experience in home country in NICU)?
3. Is some research background (publications, MPH) a must to get in to these competitive fellowships?
4. What in general one should do to get these fellowships? (I know these questions have been asked in one of the older posts.)
