How to get ORIGINAL Usmle Step 1 Books in Egypt?

I'm trying to get the latest original USMLE Step 1 books in Egypt. Anyone know how I can possibly do that? Aside from wondering why I want the originals, because I know there are copies available at Ein Shams and such can someone suggest a method they've possibly tried?

I'm not going back the USA anytime soon, Amazon.com won't ship certain books internationally, and the American University in Cairo Bookstore is way more than the original price plus it takes over 8 weeks to get them.

So any suggestions? Thanks.

I dont know u..but i dont know if i can help..
Im from Canada but im going to Egypt this summer for a training at Cairo university med school...then a touristic trip...
So, if u are at this university, i can always purchase this book and bring it to u...we can arrange for a meeting/payement or i can give it to the group of students who will be hosting us (If u are at this uni then u must know the admins at ur students' association).
So, let me know what u think and we'll get in touch afterwards, i will be glad to help a colleague.

i bought usmle books from kasr el-einy bookstores in cairo university. they're the same as original ones. original ones are very expensive ingeneral. but if ur insisting if u know anyone from us or canada let them get it for u.even if u order from amazon it will be expensive(international shipping rates are high)
if u want my advice,get them from ein shams or kasr el einy...all kaplan step 1 and high yield series or first aid series didn't cost me more than 600LE and i compared them with originals its the same
