how to get these questions correct?

i know this issue has been raised before but how are you supposed to get some of the questions on usmle world correct? at times, the way they ask the questions seems like there's no way to know the answer even if you have reviewed the material. is it test taking strategy? narrowing down and guessing? seems a bit frustrating since i hear the real exam is the same way. no matter how many questions you've done on usmle world..there are still gonna be a ton of stuff you've never heard before.

am i the only one that feels that way? any comments ?

I wouldn't worry about getting those questions right. You are right about only making an educated guess though. I would just focus on learning why you missed it and move on.
