Is it possible to hire a proctor for on the job training for an interventional cardiologist for procedures that you don't have formal training in? Like TAVR or Watchmen device? How does one go about doing this?

Reach out to the device companies (eg: edwards/medtronic for tavr). They are always more than happy to have more people qualified to put in their devices and can get you proctored/signed off.
