how to improve chances for pharmacy school

Looking for advice to get into pharmacy school. I am a biology major at a four year school and will be applying next year. I will have my Bachelors of Science; I am a junior right now.
I have a 3.7 overall gpa
3.5 science gpa
600 hours working in a retail pharmacy
100 hours volunteering at a hospital
biology honors society 1 year
national honor society of leadership and success
biology club 1 year
chemistry club 1 year
haven't taken the pcat yet

What else can I do to improve my chances, and do I have a chance at all? Everybody tells me pharmacy schools have very low acceptance rates. Thanks in advance.

thats a good gpa! you'll prob get into a top tier school as long as you do good on the pcats
