How to improve RC as a non-native english speaker?

So, I come from low GPA, and due to massive GPA repairing that I need to do, it might take more than 2 years if I get unlucky.
In case I need to retake in two years, what can I do to improve RC?
btw english is my third language, so I read at a slower pace, have no problem reading science textbooks although takes me a little longer to comprehend.
any ideas or suggestions?

That would be -extremely- unlucky.

I honestly, really believe your best bet is to just socialize more. When I took the real RC, I realized that the tone/inference questions depended on skills that I'd use during everyday conversation. I mean, if you are able to understand what english speaking people are trying to convey while holding a somewhat complicated conversation, you should be good because anybody can do search and destroy.

hmmm interesting. I guess the problem comes that as second bachelor and only taking science classes, most of the discussion topic is scientific....
