How to include post bacc grades on amcas??

How would a year of post-bacc grades be included on the AMCAS application? Is the post bacc gpa shown as separate from undergrad gpa or is there just one undergrad gpa that includes post bacc grades? Also, should you disclose that you took post bacc classes?

PB is shown as both a separate line item as well as be included in a cumulative uGPA. Also need to disclose EVERY college class you ever took from birth until application else you are in violation of AMCAS rules and subject to acceptance being rescinded

I know a post bacc is non degree-seeking but what is the difference between that versus taking more classes as a 5th year undergraduate ?
