Does anyone know how to join army in advanced standing programs? Is there any option for that or is it after one graduates with a dmd degree?

You suppose to be a citizen and it is very competitive. Not to mention be in excellent health and be able to get security clearance

Try asking in the Residents and Military Dentistry parts of this forum. I never heard of someone from IDP getting into military and similar programs
