How to know about Unfilled CL positions?

Hello everyone,

First time posting! Helping a resident-friend out. Does anyone know of a way to find out about which CL fellowship programs have unfilled spots? Any news about this? ACLP website doesn't seem to have that information.

I don't know if it's published, but it's likely...a lot of them. You could cold call if you're really particularly interested.

Only 54% of programs filled. Your friend should just make a list of the places they're interested and start emailing people. It's a small world and a short list of programs, even if you have absolutely no geographic preferences and restrictions.

Does your home program have a CL Fellowship or at least CL-fellowship-trained attendings? It's a relatively small community so I'd reach out to whatever CL fellowship director your friend has the most direct connection to and ask them if they know of any unfilled positions.

Agree with above to call where you want to go. There are unlikely multiple positions out there.
