Hello everyone I’m in big doubts this fall at my CC I’m taking general bio 1 remote with everything I want to know if in my transcript it will show I took it remote it’s only offered this way?

I need this one to graduate and transfer to University most medical school I want to apply to are accepting online.

Just do the ethical thing and mark it as an online course. I don't think most schools would care about an online gen bio course so long as you have in-person, upper level coursework. If you look at the way most schools phrase the required courses, it's something like "1 year of biology"--this doesn't mean that the gen bio sequence needs to be taken in person. In this instance if you take a couple of additional bio courses in-person you're covered. In my opinion it's not worth it to risk destroying your application over something so trivial, ethical considerations aside.

I'd say take a look a the specific requirements for schools you are interested in attending. If there is language that excludes eligibility based on mode of instruction for general biology, take it in person. MSAR is a good resource for this sort of research: Medical School Admission Requirements

I check the schools in philadelphia some say they accept it and some says case by case but I will have loads of lab experience next year.
