I graduated with a 3.0 GPA in General Studies from Western Washington University. I'm not terribly ashamed of my undergraduate performance because I did 4 years worth of work in 21 months and graduated college when I was 19. However, I realize that the top programs like Goucher and Bryn Mawr are looking for students who are going to get into medical school so their stats stay solid.

Taking the classes at a state school are not an option because I do not live within an hour of any school. I own a very nice home and if I'm going to leave my house I might as well go to a formal post bacc program. I have ties to Baltimore- my grandparents live there, there is a 4000 sq foot townhome with nobody living in it, my sister is nearby...lots of reasons for why Goucher would be ideal.

Anyway..
Is there a way to make myself competitive to get into a place like Goucher and overcome my GPA?

They want SAT or GRE scores I got a 1370 on my SAT so that should be fine.

the other stuff:
Started my own internet company worth over a million dollars
CPR Instructor
Throwing coach for HS track team
Starting to get some clinical experience

Any ideas on how to make them aware of my unusual college track? Any ideas on extracurriculars to pump up the resume?

Thanks. If I ever get in, SDN party at my place.

You could go in with $35,000 in cash and say: "This could be yours if you let me in right now." 😀 That's my plan anyway...
