I chose not to mention where I was doing away rotations in the main portion of my ERAS application so as not to make other programs guess why I did not choose them for an away. But I was wondering if I should mention my aways in the personal statements I assign to the two particular programs where I am doing aways? I am applying to Radiology. I have heard that personal statements are sometimes only read before the interview, which wouldn't really help me get the interview in the first place.
Anyone know if programs know who did aways at their institution without ever seeing it mentioned in ERAS?
Thanks
