How to prepare for an interview

Hey guys,

So I just got an interview from one of the MFT programs I applied to! I will be meeting with the program director. I've never had an interview like this before and I'm wondering what is the best way to prepare? What kind of questions will I be asked and what do they specifically look for in applicants?
