How to prepare for MCCEE - Writing Exam in November

I am planning to give my MCCEE exam this upcoming November, and currently am unable to find any resources from which I can get the best studying done.

For anyone who has given the MCCEE could you please advice on what resources you used for the preperation, and how much it helped.

For individuals planning on writing the exam in the near future, can you please also advice me what resources you are using.
