Have your course history, shadowing/volunteering/extracurriculars, work history, personal statement, list of schools you're applying to, DAT scores (unless you haven't taken it yet)...and once it opens submit your LOR writers' info and they will get an email from AADSAS about how to submit electronically (if they are mailing it in, print the LOR matching form, bring it to them, and make them mail it to AADSAS with that included). Also print the transcript matching form when it opens and take that to your registrar.
What about the personal statement? How many words? Is it ANY topic that introduces myself?

4500 characters. From what I've heard, the prompt has been "Why do you want to be a dentist?".
I heard it's "Why Dentistry?" which is pretty much the same thing. 4500 characters including spaces, commas, colons, periods, and apostrophes right?
By course history, you simply mean the courses that we took in college correct? (without the course description of each and every class)
Can we submit application without LORs?
Can anyone confirm this?

Yes, just the name/number and grade you received in all your classes...the names/abbreviations have to be exactly the same as what your transcript says, so I would go off of that.
Yes
Yes, 4500 characters includes everything (letters, spaces, punctuation)
From the AADSAS site,
"Your Personal Statement should address why you desire to pursue a dental education and how a dental degree contributes to your personal and professional goals."
