How to properly conceptualize renal clearance?

I know that it is ml/min as units. I guess question is I'm struggling of visualizing renal clearance and how its different from lets say GFR or something like that.

How about asking your physiology faculty? Or do a search on YouTube for videos on renal clearance, especially if you're a visual learner.
