I've accepted an offer from a school and I was thinking I ought to pull my applications from the rest of the schools. Is there a way to do this other than contacting each individual school? or is pulling your applications not a big enough deal for me to even worry about?

I wouldn't worry about it. If you get an interview to a school and do not want to go on it just kindly decline the offer. Therefore it takes you out of the running for a seat at their school.

I just canceled the ones that I had an interview at. I applied to way too many to look up each individual school and notify them.

I contacted every school. But I didn't apply to a lot, and I had interviews at every school I sent secondaries to, so you should at least withdraw the interview ones.

Alright, I'll call the schools I've received interview invites and any that give me future invites. Thanks everyone!

Yea, call the schools and tell them. Be honest, most of them are supportive and they wish you good luck with your future endeavors.

I actually emailed and most of them replied next day with "Thank you and Best of Luck". The only thing I had to worry about was to change the school name each time.

Unlike MD programs, DO schools do not have a common system where they can keep track of your applications and associated fees. Instead, DO schools hold your spot in the class with large monetary deposits. What this means is that for DO programs, given enough money, it is possible to hold multiple acceptances.

Just don't pay the deposit, or decline the interviews via email.

Yeah, I've put a deposit down on a seat this week. I was thinking more along the lines of "is it bad etiquette to not let other schools know that you'll be attending somewhere else?" Seems like not pulling myself from the potential running from other schools can only hurt other applicants by artificially increasing the applicant pool they're competing against (not that one person really would make that big of a difference). That said, I have 3 interview invites that I haven't replied to yet which tomorrow will be getting a brief email thanking them for the invite and also letting them know I won't be taking it.
