hello , im still waiting for any advices upon my 2.44 gpa ..hope i get advices on what i can do to raise up that gpa

you take classes and not get Cs but As...

I take it you aren't in the US right now - so you'll want to take classes in your country and get As. You may need to get a masters.

How are you coming to the US? If you are planning on coming here for school on an educational visa then you need a place before you can get one. you can't just jump on a plane and take classes here without a visa.

you can raise your GPA in the US - but i'm not sure you realize you can't just come here for classes.

hello 🙂 i plan to come to us on student visa for doing my part 1 and at same time plan to find what way i can follow in order to raise that gpa in the states as what i know is that any forgein coursework wont benefit me nowhere in the states .

what the hell is your part 1?

You need to apply to a university here for either a bachelors degree or a masters program. Then if you get accepted, you can do the visa thing

hello rob... ,( part 1 is in dental board) so what u advice me in my own situation to do in steps to raise 2.44 gpa as it is my main concern now 🙂thx

I just told you - you need to apply to a US university for a bachelors degree or masters program

hello , actually i did my own search on master programs and found that :

1- almost if not all master programs ask for a gpa 3 is required to get admited into any master program . i would like to ask is there any way i can go on with to raise my 2.44 gpa to at least 3 to be able to join a master progarm or any formal postbac ?

2- second i would like to know as a master program will be considered as a graduate gpa how that will help me out to raise my undergraduate gpa ?

thx 4 ur help 🙂

Sounds like you need to do a bachelors degree - you won't be able to come into the US unless you are pursuing a degree (i would have thought). As you said no graduate schools will touch you with your current GPA, you need to do a bachelors degree here, then depending on how you do - apply to either dent school or a graduate program.

You are going to have a hard time being a dentist in the US - its tough for a U.S. citizen to get to dental school with a 2.44 cGPA, let alone a foreign citizen who needs an educational visa to come here

hello rob...what kind of bachelors degree u advice me with ?

One you aren't going to get a 2.44 GPA in...

You want a science one

2- and after i complete that bachlors degree the gpa i will get from it will be the gpa considerd to apply to dental school ?

1) there is no such thing as a predental bachelors - and i assume you've done the prereqs given you are an international dentist

2) This isnt a question... but this GPA will factor in with any of your other classes in your dental school application

hello rob , actually im confused of something and hope u can make it clear to me, a tradional applicant do a 4 year bacholor degree from 4 years us university and then apply with that 4 year bachlors degree gpa and the dat to the 4 years tradional dental school ......is that the path i will take ?

Yes thats the traditional path for a US citizen.

And yes, you will follow that given you cannot get into a graduate level program with ur GPA

hello rob so if that the path i will have to follow does tradional us citizen take any science bach degree(3-4) years and get high gpa and then with that gpa apply to dental school ?

It doesn't have to be a science degree - just have to do the pre-reqs.

You will need to do a science one to prove you can handle the courseload in dental school as your 2.44 doesn't prove that right now

i see....and then after i do that bach i will get aadsas gpa that i will apply with to dental school right ?

You already have stuff towards an aadsas calculated GPA - its just not very good.

Another bachelors degree in the US with a good GPA will go a long way to helping your application

actually i called up aadsas before and they mentioned to me that any forgein coursework i did wont be calculated in the aadsas gpa so from my understanding is that the bach degree gpa i will get from us will be the aadsas gpa i will apply with to dental school ....correct me if i understood it wrong

No clue - im not a predent but if you called them and thats what they said then its right.

So, yes your US GPA would be the only thing counted for aadsas purposes if what you say is true
