The common wisdom here says that if you didn't receive credit for it, don't list it.

You wouldn't list this in AMCAS.

If it's not going to show up on your transcript, I wouldn't list it. It would seem superfluous to include a class that you did not receive any credit for. Additionally, it can actually be seen as a bad thing to list it because some people might read it as an attempt to benefit from the cache of going to school at Harvard without actually being a Harvard student.
