How to redo used Uworld questions?

For example, i did all 250 questions for cardio. but now i want to study biochemistry, how do i generate tests with all of the 190 biochemistry questions including the ones that were already used in cardio? I know you can reset your uworld qbank but i want to save that function until the dedicated studying period.

i dont think you can do that…but you can try to select all subdivisions in the subjects part, and then select only cardiology in the systems part
