Well: How do I reject a school that was very nice to me and I have shown so much enthusiasm so far?

I have a different dilemma. After being rejected from all the schools last year, I was accepted to one of my top choices this year. I was happy, did everything I needed to do, made my apartment deposit, just got a letter of acceptance from another school that works better for me interms of the area and long term family. I have been a little bit too close to the admission committee and now I don't know how to reject the school after convincing them they are the best for me. I know someone else will be very happy but how do I do it when I really like the people and the school there? If it wasn' for my family situation, I would have stayed there. Any suggestion? I know they won't be heart broken but I spent the last hour writing and deleting letters.

Just say "Thanks, but no thanks".

This doesn't mean as much (or anything) to them as it does to you. Send them an email saying "thank you for the acceptance but unfortunately, I have decided to pursue another opportunity and will not be attending (name of school)"
