When I searched for colleges as an undergrad, I had collegeboard.com to look at. It showed SAT scores of applicants, percent accepted and a lot more much needed information. Is there a website like this more medical schools? I've been searching everywhere and I can't find anything. Thanks.

Source with all of the answers.

I have looked at school's websites, but not all of them tell the average GPA of accepted students or their MCAT scores. I want a place that shows that easily.

The MSAR (Medical School Admission Requirments) gives median acceptee MCAT, cGPA, and BCPM for each med school, along with the 10th to 90th percentile ranges. It would be available in your premed advising office or reference library, or available for purchase on-line.

thats helpful....not

Uh, yes, it was. OP's question is pretty nonsense, and that's why that response was appropriate.

I think it's common knowledge that if you are searching for medical schools, you pick up MSAR. Same with MCAT - if you are registering, you read MCAT Essentials before. A simple Google research and/or participation in Pre-Health meeting should tell you that.

🙄 No one in my undergrad ever mentioned it, and no one in my med school ever mentioned it. I own one, but only because I heard about it here.

OK so your Pre-Health society didn't mention it, and that's fine as I don't know how Pre-Health society is run in each school.

I still stand by my point though. Anyone who decides to register for MCAT can see that AAMC repeatedly advertises its MSAR when you try to purchase AAMC tests and Official Guide to MCAT.

...But then, I may be wrong. I did know personally some people who chose to take MCAT without taking any practice AAMC's, so that's a question to which I do not have an answer.

Most of the med school's websites that I've looked at have had that info listed. Usually under Admission and then Student Profile or Entering Class Profile or the FAQs. Sometimes it's hidden but it's there.
