Hi all,

I don't post much on SDN but have been reading past threads for a while now--thanks for all the invaluable advice. I have a question regarding DAT scores and score reports.

I took the DATs this past May, but won't be applying for at least a year or two from now. I am wondering how ADA handles this--do they keep all DAT scores for x amount of time?

Since the only score report we receive is the unofficial one the day that we take the DATs, I am slightly confused as to the whereabouts of the actual scores.

Thanks for all your help in advance!

Just go to ada.org, click on the DAT link (like you did when you signed up for the test). There will be a link "request DAT scores". You can take it from there

Thanks a lot for the reply...I did know about that link; I guess I am just wondering for how long does that option stay available to you? (As an extreme example, could someone who took the DAT in 1990 still request their scores?)

Thanks again!

I guess someone who took the test that long ago could still get their scores, however, most schools want them to be recent within three years.
