How to schedule follow up visits for patients at the 2 minutes left window?

Hey guys!
How do you 'follow up' a patient or schedule an appointment for follow up after the case has ended and you're at the 2 minute window? I see repeatedly that you need to follow up in the future, but I can't figure it out. I'd love some advice, thanks!
