I am a pharmacy technician. My pharmacist once told me he can see the deductables but he never found a moment to teach me how I can see that in RXnet. Please help me. It's beginning of the year and many of our patients ask this question. Thank you.

Off the top of my head in RXConnect, it's prescription maintenance. M2, option 4, option 1, option 1 to inspect prescription. Select a few lines until you get the T1 option then hit enter to the final page (usually page 4)

Yes, this...however, I do not find this to always be reliable/accurate. A lot of times I will see something to the effect of 9999 repeated and often just refer person to call the help desk number on the back of Rx card to find more out about details

Have the patient call the insurance to find out their deductible. Or they can also go online and find out in 5 mins. Ain't no body got time to call for the patient for deductible info, especially if you work at CVS.
