How to set up ADTs

1) I'm currently AFHPSP MS III and I'm trying to contact the residencies I want to do my ADTs at, but it seems like all the links on how to approach this are inactive (i.e. lukeballard). The two places I'm most interested in are Travis and DeWitt. I found email addresses for contact people for these programs but I don't know if they are current and I haven't heard back from them and its been 2 weeks. I keep hearing I'm supposed to set these up, but no one can answer me about how. It seems like the only people I can get ahold of are recruiters and they all say contact AFIT but there is nothing on the AFIT site for this, and the person I did contact is also not getting back to me.

Don't email, call. Call the hospital and ask to speak to the ___ department. You might get transferred around a couple of times but eventually you'll get a live person (progam coordinator) who can help. That can help secure you the spot, but it's AFIT who will cut your orders.

MSII here, but I've already had conversations with AFIT about this for next year, and the full list of people to contact is on the AFIT site once you log in. Have you talked to Kelly in Ohio or anyone else in AFIT about this? I always get prompt emails back or phone calls from them. Not sure why you are running into trouble here. They are pretty great about getting back to me. Try calling them or emailing them again for more information if you can't find what you need. Ask them to send you a link to the AFIT document with the people you should call.

Yea, um I'm not understanding when you say "there is nothing on AFIT about this." That's exactly the source I used to contact people. I'd try to search a little harder because there is plenty of information.
