how to set up SNF/nursing home consult service

Hi I was wondering, if you are a private practice doc and wanted to start doing consults at your local SNFs/nursing homes, how would you go about setting this up?do u set up meetings w/ medical director? thank you in advance

Pretty much. In my experience it will be kind of hit or miss. I've known some colleagues who are very busy doing this and find it actually rewarding in many ways and others who have not been able to get much success.
