How to strike through answers on actual exam? Different than Uworld?

I waas wondering how you actually strike through answers on the exam? In Uworld it seems you have to left-click and drag, which is the same mechanism as "highlighting" an answer choice. For some reason I thought the actual exam used left clicking of the mouse?

for nbme forms a right click works for sticking wrong ones.
