How to study for bio and physics?

For physics I’m doing a lot of practice problems but I think I’m still a little confused on the conceptual stuff and I’m not sure how to study for that. For bio I’m recording the lectures and rewatching them and rewriting notes. I know all the information but I’m struggling with the multiple choice section. I have 1 more exam for each class before the final and I would like to get an A.

The formula for learning (content with a good resource, details with flashcards, application with practice problems) isn't complex. It may be hard, but it's not complex.
