How To Study With A Study Buddy?

Hey guys, I'll be studying with a new friend of mine who is taking the MCAT the same day as me, August 19th. I figured studying together, at the very least would keep me motivated because he is very diligent where I will commonly get distracted on YouTube or SDN. So besides that aspect, what is an effective way to study with a partner for the MCAT? Any tips?

Make a schedule together of what chapters/subjects you want to get done each day/week. Study the material on your own. Then when you guys get together, review major concepts but spend most of the time doing practice questions. This will keep you accountable for your own learning and you'll be motivated to stay on track because you don't want to disappoint him.
