Acland is the author of the Atlas of Human Anatomy video set, which used to be pretty widely-circulated and popular back in the day. It's a very detailed study and would be great to follow along for a gross anatomy course, but infinitely too detailed for step I studying.
If you can glue your ass to a seat and actually do two full days of dedicated studying, I'd suggest the Kaplan anatomy videos. They'll teach you everything you need to know for the step. If you cannot, do as much of FA anatomy as you can for passive learning, and do as many UWorld or Kaplan questions as you can for active learning. They actually cover the anatomy that's on the step really, really well.
