USMLE How to use the Goljan review book...?

I feel like Goljan rapid review book is 70% step 1 + 30% step 2. So if you use it for step 1, you'll be spending time on useless step 2 stuff. But if you use it for step 2, it's not enough. Then what's the point of having this book?

During Step 1 dedicated I've found myself referencing the book for pictures of path and occasionally to look up some topics

I believe it is an excellent source of information for Step 1. Especially when used together with First Aid and Pathoma.
