Hi all,
I am pre-writing my secondaries now that my primary app is in, and I'm wondering how to address a few of the essays that ask for me to talk about my future goals as a physician. The issue is I don't really know what I want to do with an MD at the moment besides working with patients. I am so intrigued by almost everything I've experienced, whether it be private practice, clinical research, healthcare policy work, public/global health, academic medicine, etc..., and I was hoping that medical school would be the place where I could discover where my exact career goals lie.
How do you suggest I go about answering these questions about my career goals, when I don't really know what they are? Is it bad that I don't know yet?
