So I was a previous BS/MD student set for matriculation during the Fall of 2017, but due to not hitting the mark for the MCAT requirements (twice, 1 point away), I was booted and went the regular route, taking 1 more term before I graduated.

I'm currently in my gap year working as a scribe and preparing for the 2019 application cycle to start. Just wondering how adcoms would view a BS/MD student and since I'd technically be a re-applicant, would I have to disclose this to the adcoms? Or not make mention of it at all?

Are they even going to know? Maybe the school with which you originally had the agreement, but for the others you are just a normal applicant. Of bigger concern is 3rd MCAT coming up, how low were the scores the first two times?

Haven't really started looking into a third MCAT, really just looking for schools within my 25th percentile range across both MD and DO right now

I don't know if that info comes across.

I wouldn't mention it. Your official transcript may say it, but since you actually got a BS that's what you'd list on AMCAS. If it comes up somehow, the only reason is that one point and I wouldn't be afraid to discuss it.
