i don't know which gpa weights more, do they just care the cumulative gpa ? (the college +univ gpa) , or will they also look at your university gpa, especially the upper division classes and the classes for the major?
i have a quite high culmulative gpa(about 3.7) , however, i have a quite bad major(biochem) gpa--around 3, so far.
i am wondering how bad will this be?
does a 3.0 in upper division class look bad? esp when it is biochem
i tried really hard to get a good grade, but the curve really kills me....
so i think that getting A is really really hard.
so how will a good cumulative gpa, but an average(like around 3.0) upp division gpa be treated by the med school?
do they look at the major gpa, upper div gpa, university gpa, college gpa separately as well? which one is more important??
i am so stressed out as i did really bad on the 1st midterm in one of my major class....i am so worry about getting a low grade again....
(should i drop the class to get a w, so to retake it next time or not??)
please give me so advices....
