Hey, I was homeschooled throughout highschool and graduated early. I'm doing my first year of college at a local Com. college, and plan on transferring in the fall 2012 semester... My question is, I have already taken Bio 1 and 2, and will be taking chem 1 and 2 this fall and spring. However, I will be out of town during all of next summer, so I will be taking Calculus 1 and Stats online from a different university/college.... How will taking calc 1 and stats online from a different university affect my chances of getting into a med school? (I will be taking calc/stats one semester before I transfer to a university btw)
Also, kind of off topic, but is the general consensus of getting into medical school ("lower level" med school, not John hopkins or anything) a 3.7+ GPA and 28+ on the MCAT?
