As a manager at WM i've seen some pretty nasty stuff done to people. I know im way over paid. I have the suspicion my DM is gearing up to find a way for me out. Seems like hes drowning me, no support..etc. I just cant prove it. They are pretty slick these guys. What are some signs a manager is being targeted would you guys say? thanks.

If you are indeed being targeted just open door that ****. Also claim FMLA and get your PCP to sign off on it while you look for another job.

I know your right....it's the scummy way to handle it, but that is how they play anyway right? I don't know what hes up to, but i would probably feel relieved to be let go and would simply quit if written up and performance starts. I just dont want to live or work like this anymore . ya know?
