How would you look at this cube counting?

Starting at left and going down the "main" line, first row is 4 high. Second row is 2 high. Rows 3-7 are just 1 cube high. The final row is 2 cubes high.

Combing off of the cube in row 5, there are 3 cubes. They are all flat and their bottoms are touching the ground.

No... I don't think that's right. There are definitely 2 cubes with 5 sides--the one on the top of the stack at the left, and the one on the top of the stack at the right.
