How you get more CVS tech hours? Not so new topic but I still wish there is a magic way...

My store is hitting 50%+over script budget. Tech hour wise, not so great. Many customers start to complain because they are forced to use CVS anyway.
We are filling 1600/wk, selling 1300/wk. it looks like we are wasting our time to fill that 300 RX somewhere.
We are working so hard to take care of everyone. The reality is just not pretty. My MCE is dropping, not even mention about WeCare. MyPatient Care is still good though.
Any tricks to get more hours? Please let me know. Thanks!
I would rather give all my bonus to payroll to get more tech hours. Haha, I don’t really expect a big bonus anyway.

Unfortunately no. Just hold on, hopefully MySchedule will be more kind in the near future.
