I have tried calling this number several times and it states all lines are "busy". I've reached out via email and still no response. Has anyone else paid the application fee? If so, can you please tell me how? Thanks

I have. They e-mailed me saying they received my application and that I needed to send a check/money order of $75 (I think) to the address they provided me in the e-mail.
